Extension Arm with Pivot (MAXIREACH)

MAXIREACH pivot extension arms are designed to increase the reach of source capture products such as MAXAIR articulated arms, MAXIREEL and MAXIDROP exhaust gas evacuation systems. Pivot extension arms offer additional reach to capture points when walls or other anchoring points are far away. The arms can also support welding wire coils or cables and hoses required for the primary use of the equipment. The main pivot is mounted on a rolled and painted steel tube. The top and bottom are equipped with a companion flange for the installation of an exhaust pipe or MAXIDRIVE fan. The horizontal support tubes are made of industrial-grade steel and have a ball bearing at the second pivot. The spiral piping installed on the horizontal tubes is available in diameters of 6″ and 8″ (150 and 200 mm). Standard units are equipped with support for MAXAIR articulated arms or MAXIDROP systems. MAXIREACH double pivot units are equipped with a second central joint allowing source capture as close as the installation base.

Gaseous solvent is introduced into the condenser tube where it is air-cooled and transformed into reusable liquid. When the system is cooled, the bag containing the solid residue will be collected for disposal and the recovery system will be ready for the next run.
