SRS ENVIRONMENT OFFERS A DISTILLATION SYSTEM BY DIRECT (CAST IN) HEATING.

Heating elements have been cast into the metal (aluminum)

which results in…

1. Very fast heat transfer between the element, the aluminum and the solvent to be distilled.
   
   * Aluminum transfers heat to the solvent at a rate of approximately 10 times faster than other alloys such as stainless steel.
    
2. Our heating system will range up to 500ºF which is the highest heating level of the industry. Several additional types of solvents such as some mineral spirits and new low V.O.C. products can be distilled, and this "without the assistance of a vacuum".
    
3. Faster cooling time : Being oil free, cooling time of our systems will always be 2-3 times faster than oil type systems. This will allow to distill more solvents per day.
    
4. No messy, expensive oil media to change periodically. System saving you time and money.
    
5. Our distillation output is generaly 2 times faster than the conventional oil type systems which allows you to distill more batches per day.

We use an efficient cooling system instead of an expensive water cooling system.
