Printing Industries DRY RAGGLER ®

Specially developed for the wood staining and printing industries, the Dry Raggler ® extracts liquid solvents from industrial wipers. The unit is placed on top of any open head drum. Liquid saturated wipers are inserted in the dry Raggler ® chute where they are fed to the rollers that will squeeze out the excess liquid into the next drum set along side of it (no. 2). The wrung wipers will fall into the first drum (no 1). Air-operated explosion-proof motor (20-25 PCM).

The use of the Dry Raggler ® considerably reduce environmental liability risks during transport to a cleaning facility.   In many cases, offers possibility of not being considered as transporting hazardous material (to check for each locality).   Processes thousands of wipers per day.   Practically maintenance free.   Saves wipers, time and money.   Eliminates accidental spillage (no free liquid solvent left inside the drums).
