The contaminated solvent is poured into a disposable bag inside the tank, and the stainless steel cover is put in place and locked. When powered on, the heat transferred to the liquid allows the temperature to increase above the boiling point of the solvent to be distilled.
The solvent in gaseous form enters the condenser tube where it is cooled by air to transform into a reusable liquid. When the system is cooled, the bag containing the solid residue will be retrieved for disposal, and the recovery system is once again ready for the next batch.
